Rodrigo Campos Aburto, Attorney at Law and Founding Partner.
Founding Partner. He was born in Zihuatanejo, Guerrero in 1949, son of the family started by Messrs. Benita Aburto de Campos and Amador Campos Ibarra. When he finished his elementary school his parents sent him to continue his schooling in Mexico City since there were no middle schools in the locality.
He studied to be an elementary school teacher at the Commendable National School of Teachers of Mexico City, he studied high school at campus number 3 of the National High School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico.He then went on to study Law at said university (1974).
He has practiced the profession for 40 years, the first five in Mexico City, at the offices of Attorney Roberto Flores Gonzalez, a professor of the National Autonomous University of Mexico for more than 40 years.
He has experience in civil, commercial, labor and criminal matters and has been a public servant. Among others, he has been Director of Legal Affairs of the Zihuatanejo Bay Trust (FIBAZI), Secretary for the Zihuatanejo City Hall, President Founder of the Zihuatanejo Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration, Director of Legal Affairs of the Municipal Government of Zihuatanejo and President of the XII Local District Electoral Board.
Alongside his practice as a lawyer, he has also practiced as a professor, teaching classes at different educational levels for over 30 years. He taught elementary school in Mexico City. In Zihuatanejo, he has taught at "Nicolas Bravo" High School No. 5, at the Secondary Education Center for Technologic Industrial and Services StudiesNo. 45, and at the Technologic Institute of the Greater Coast; he is currently retired of his teaching career, devoting his time to his firm and giving free consultations to students who ask for them.
Elidio García Ríos, Attorney at Law
He graduated from the Autonomous University of Guerrero Law School (1987). He has practiced at the Contentious Administrative Court, where he reached the rank of President Magistrate in the Regional Court ofOmetepec, Guerrero. He has also been a professor at the National Professional Technical Education College of Zihuatanejo for the last 10 years in addition to his practice at the law firm in civil and criminal matters.
Justino Ruiz Serna, Attorney at Law
He graduated from the Autonomous University of Guerrero Law School (1996). He was auxiliary president of the Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board of Zihuatanejo and held other posts at the Board in Acapulco. He has taught law at the Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz University Studies Center (CEUSJIC). He joined the law firm ten years ago and he is responsible for all labor matters.
Manuel Zurita Allec, Attorney at Law
He is a graduate of the Technologic University of Mexico Law School (UNITEC), Mexico City campus (1994). He has postgraduate studies in Labor Law at the Technologic University Mexico Law School (UNITEC), Mexico City campus (1996), as well as postgraduate studies in Civil, Commercial, Procedural Civil and Commercial Law, International Financial Law and Corporative Law at the Panamerican University Law School (UP), in Mexico City (2000-2005), studies with which he obtained the rank of Candidate for the title of Doctor in Law. He worked as Director of the Municipal Land Registry of Zihuatanejo, Chief of the Zihuatanejo Bay Trust Legal Department, and to date he is Chief of the National Tourism Promotion Fund Legal Department in Ixtapa, Guerrero.
Rodrigo Campos Amaro, Attorney at Law
He is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico in Mexico City (2002), he received his law degree for his thesis " Tourism as an Instrument of the Development and Protection of the Environment". He performed his social service at the SECODAM, currently the Department of the Public Function, and he worked at the firm of Attorney Mario Torres Arias. He now resides in Zihuatanejo and aids in the administration of the firm.
Gerardo Quezada González, Attorney at Law
He is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (2002). He earned his degree with the thesis entitled "The legal framework of the report on financial balances and its origins". He did postgraduate studies on Tax Law. He was an associate at GarcíaSiller, S.C. law firm that specializes in tax and administrative matters. He lives in Mexico City and litigates tax, constitutional and administrative law matters.
Ricardo Campos Amaro, Attorney at Law
He graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (2007). He received his law degree for the thesis entitled "The legal study of the objections and challenges of documents in commercial trials". He lives in Mexico City where he has collaborated at the offices of Notary Public No. 112, María Teresa Rodríguez y Rodríguez, as well as in the firms Ayala y FernándezCastello, S.C. and Vázquez del Mercado and Associates. He participated as a consultant in the Honorable Congress of the Union in the LX Legislature and currently works at the firm González Robles and Associates in the area of commercial corporations and partnerships.
Sonia Citlali López Verduzco, Attorney at Law
She graduated from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the Michoacán University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo in Morelia (2007). She performed her social service at Special Board No. 4 of the Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board in the City of Morelia. She worked at the Agency Specialized in Health Crimes of the Attorney General's Office also in Morelia. She joined the firm in 2009 and is currently in charge of civil, commercial and family matters before the Local Court of Common Jurisdiction.
Sara Catalina Meneses González, Attorney at Law
She is a graduate of the School of Law of the Intercontinental University in Mexico City (2000), she earned her degree with her postgraduate studies in Procedural Electoral Law. In Mexico City, she worked for Notary Public No. 197, Sara Cuevas Villalobos, and for Notary Public No.74, Francisco Javier ArceGargollo. She also worked at the Deputy Manager's Office for Fiduciary Contracts of the National Bank of Public Works and Services, S. N. C. She currently lives in Zihuatanejo and works at the firm in matters regarding condominiums and drafting contracts.
Mireyda Reyes Torres, Attorney at Law
She graduated from the Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz University Studies Center of Zihuatanejo (2010), performed her social service at the Conciliation and Arbitration Board of Zihuatanejo, and joined the firm in August of 2010 where she collaborates in the area of administrative law and attends hearings at the Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board.
José Antonio Ibarra Torres, Attorney at Law
He is a graduate of the Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz University Studies Center of Zihuatanejo (2010), performed his social service at the Legal Department of the Municipality of La Unión, Guerrero. He did a professional practice at the First Civil and Family Court of Common Jurisdiction in Zihuatanejo. He joined the firm in July of 2009 and he assists in civil, commercial and family matters.
María De Los Ángeles Martínez Castro, Attorney at Law
She is a graduate of the University of Guadalajara. She did postgraduate studies in Civil Procedural Law and Amparo; she worked at the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Jalisco (1996-1997) as Clerk and at the Administrative Court of the State (1998-2008) in several posts. She now practices administrative and immigration law.
